INDEEDNo One Really Knows Campaign


Whether you’re a top surgeon or an intern on your first day, everyone has moments of “I have no idea what I’m doing.” 

As the team’s art director, I initially struggled with adapting my style to fit a corporate brand like Indeed. But after a late-night epiphany (and a few chaotic voice memos later), we landed on our quirky, lighthearted big idea: No One Really Knows. Aimed at Gen Z, the campaign used candid visuals and a relatable tone to raise unaided consideration—reminding young job seekers they’re not alone in figuring it all out.
